专业简介
英语专业始建于1985年，2011年被评为黑龙江省级重点专业，2019年被评为黑龙江省一流专业。英语专业的课程体系注重培养学生学习英语语言、文学、历史、社会文化等方面的基本知识，提升英语听、说、读、写、译等方面的语言综合应用能力，提高跨文化交际能力、思辨能力和科研能力，培养的学生具有中国情怀、国际视野和人文素养的积淀，具有从事翻译、研究、教学、管理工作的业务水平及全面的综合素质。学生在校期间有出国交流的机会，毕业后可以申请出国留学、可以有机会免试推荐国内“985”、“211”名校攻读硕士学位。
English Major
About us
English major was founded in 1985, was rated as the provincial key major in 2011 and the first-rate major in Heilongjiang province in 2019. The curriculum system of English major places emphasis on the mastery of fundamental knowledge about a wide range of areas such as linguistics, literature, history and social culture, the enhancement of capacities in applying listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating skills, the cultivation of abilities in intercultural communication, critical thinking and research as well as patriotism, global vision and humanistic spirit with the purpose of fostering excellent graduates with comprehensive qualities who are capable of engaging in translation, research, teaching and management. Our students are provided with abundant opportunities for overseas exchange while they are in university. After graduation, our students can either apply for foreign universities for further education or be recommended to the leading Project 985 and Project 211 universities in China for a master’s degree.

日语专业成立于2000年，致力于服务国家、社会和地方发展需求，人才培养质量高。 外国语学院的全日制日语教学起源于二十世纪八十年代的林业部出国人员培训部。薪火相传，于2000年建立日语专业，2007年开始招收日语硕士研究生。所培养的学生专业素质高，先后有多人被北京外国语大学、北京大学、同济大学、南京大学等知名院校录取攻读硕士研究生，毕业生遍布海内外和全国各地。大部分毕业生在学校、外企、政府等部门从事教育、管理、科研等相关工作。许多人已经成为所在单位不可或缺的杰出人才。
Japanese Major
About us
Japanese major was founded in 2000, specializing in the cultivation of high quality talents so as to meet the demand of national, social and local development. The full-time Japanese teaching of College of Foreign Languages evolved from its predecessor, Training Department for Personnel on Official Overseas Business of Forestry Ministry. In 2007, Japanese major started to enroll in postgraduates of Japanese. The high-quality graduates have been admitted by a variety of prestigious universities such as Beijing Foreign Studies University, Peking University, Tongji University and Nanjing University. Our graduates are not only in different cities in China but all over the world. Most graduates are engaged in education, management, research and other related fields in schools, foreign corporations and governmental departments. A number of them have become indispensable talents in their institutions.

俄语专业成立于1990年，致力于服务国家“一带一路”倡议，人才培养质量高，学生近几年接连在国际和国内外俄语大赛中获得殊荣。俄语系现与俄罗斯莫斯科国立鲍曼技术大学梅季希分校、符拉迪沃斯托克国立经济与服务大学、乌拉尔林业工程大学等高校保持合作关系，学生出国留学机会多。在国家实施“一带一路”倡议的过程中，对俄语人才的需求日益增长。本专业方向旨在培养具有扎实的俄语语言基础，较强的翻译实践能力，了解俄罗斯的文化、历史、文学、政治、经济等方面的基础知识，并具有俄语交际能力、开阔的国际视野、良好的职业素养，能够在经贸、外事、旅游、教育、林业等部门从事翻译、教学、研究等工作的复合型人才。对俄罗斯民族文化及俄语感兴趣的同学，立志在中国对外发展的新时期实现自我价值的同学可报考本专业。
Russian Major
About Us
Russian major was founded in 1990, specializing in the cultivation of high quality talents so as to contribute to the “Belt and Road Initiative”. In recent years, our students have won great honors in various Russian contests at home and abroad. At present, Russian major has maintained close collaboration with Bauman Technical University Mytishy, Moscow, Russia, Vladivostok State University of Economics and Services and Ural Forestry Engineering University, providing abundant opportunities for overseas study. In the course of the implementation of the “Belt and Road Initiative”, the demand for qualified Russian talents is on the rise. Russian major aims to cultivate comprehensive students with fundamental knowledge about a wide range of areas such as culture, history, literature, politics and economy of Russia, excellent communicative capabilities, broad global vision and outstanding professional qualities. Our graduates are capable of engaging in translation, teaching and research in trade, foreign affairs, tourism, education and forestry departments. Students having passion for Russian national culture and Russian language, determined to achieve self-value in the new era of foreign relations can apply for our major.
大学外语教学部
东北林业大学外国语学院大学外语教学部下设大学英语第一教研室和第二教研室。大学外语教学部主要负责全校非英语专业本科生和硕、博研究生的英语教学工作，为非英语专业本科生在一、二年级开设必修课基础外语（1、2、3级）和16 门通识选修课。
2004年，我校成为全国180所大学英语教学改革试点院校之一，积极进行大学英语教学改革，探索构建了行之有效的大学英语多媒体网络教学新模式，激发了学生学习英语的热情，提高了学生的英语综合应用能力。2005年，大学英语被评为学校优质课程。大学外语教学部教学与研究并重，承担了多项教育部和黑龙江省教育厅外语教学改革项目，获得国家基础教育实验中心外语教育研究中心的优秀课题一等奖，曾获黑龙江省高等教育教学成果一等奖1项和二等奖2项。出版了多部书籍，主编了普通高等教育“十一五”国家级规划教材一册。近年在中文核心期刊发表论文数十篇。
大学外语教学部现有专职教师53名，其中教授1名，副教授24名，讲师28名；有硕士学位的教师共50名，占教师总数的94%。硕士生导师14名。70%以上的教师曾到国外知名大学进修访学。
Foreign Language Teaching Department
About Us
The Foreign Language Teaching Department of Northeast Forestry University is composed of the First Teaching and Research Section and the Second Teaching and Research Section. Foreign Language Teaching Department undertakes the English teaching work for non-English major undergraduates as well as master and doctoral postgraduates. The Foreign Language Teaching Department is responsible for the teaching of the compulsory course, Basic Foreign Language (Grade I, II and III) as well as 16 general education electives for first and second year non-English major undergraduates.
In 2004, our university was designated as one of 180 pilot universities for College English Teaching Reform in China. Since then, Foreign Language Teaching Department has actively launched college English teaching reform and probed to establish innovative and effective multimedia network teaching, which has not just stimulated students’ passion for learning English, but enhanced their comprehensive abilities in using English. In 2005, College English was rated as NEFU high quality course. The department stresses both teaching and research, fulfilling multiple Projects for Foreign Language Teaching Reform sponsored by the Ministry of Education and Heilongjiang Education Department, winning the first prize in the outstanding project funded by Foreign Language Education research Center, National Experimental Center for Basic Education, 1 First Prize and 2 Second Prizes in the Heilongjiang Provincial Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award. In current years, the teachers of this department have published a number of books, compiled 1 National Planning Textbooks for the Eleventh five-year plan for general higher education, and published dozens of papers on Chinese core journals.
Foreign Language Teaching Department now has 53 full-time teachers, including 1 professor, 24 associate professors and 28 lecturers. There are 50 teachers possessing master’s degree, accounting for 94% of the total faculty and 14 master supervisors. More than 70% of teachers have been to renowned foreign universities as visiting scholars.
